Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST

GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW :

• All inbound shipments containing over 6 pallets must make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.  Please call Fernando Gutierrez 713.939.9390 x 222.
• All items must be palletized.
• All boxes must be labeled & contain a P.O. #, Item #, Item Description, Quantity, U/M, Revision Date if applicable & Date of Expiration if applicable
• All pallets must contain pallet marker containing Total Weight, Item #, Item Description.
