Where is Direct Resources, Inc. Located?
Direct Resources, Inc. is located very close to the Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Road intersection in North-West Houston. It is ideally located for access to all major freeways, including I10, I59, and I45

How big is Your Facility?
Our 160,000 square foot facility has ample shipping and receiving docks to accommodate small and large deliveries and shipment. The loading docks open from a secure, shipping and receiving staging area where shipments are checked prior to shipment to customers, or storage in the main warehouse section.
The main warehouses are fully racked, offering almost 500,000 square feet of storage space. A separate climate controlled area is reserved for sensitive products, and the internal high-security area is available for high value products requiring additional security. The high-security area is located deep inside the warehouse, which is also monitored by the latest security devices.
The literature and computer services divisions each have their own pick and pack and kit assembly areas fitted with individual and easily modifiable work stations, shrink wrap facilities, etc.

What are your requirements for inbound shipments?
All inbound shipments containing over 6 pallets must make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Please call Sandra Gonzalez @ 713.874.9812. All items must be palletized. All boxes must be labeled & contain a P.O. #, Item #, Item Description, Quantity, U/M, Revision Date if applicable & Date of Expiration if applicable All pallets must contain pallet marker containing Total Weight, Item #, Item Description
